7 Consigli per rinnovare la casa in un weekend.
La Primavera sembra davvero arrivata, finalmente il sole riscalda i nostri cuori e le nostre case! I cambi di stagione portano spesso con se il desiderio di rinnovo, di fare qualche “lavoretto” in casa che ci aiuti a rinfrescarla e renderla più accogliente senza però stravolgere l’andamento della vita quotidiana.
Ecco quindi qualche proposta su come fare in pochi giorni ad ammodernare la propria casa, magari godendosi una breve fuga in Spa!
In un weekend di lavoro fai da te o pianificato scrupolosamente dalla vostra addetta ai lavori preferita, si possono fare varie cose:
1. Sostituire le tende. Sembrerà banale, ma le tende sono un elemento decorativo importante, possono far variare la luce che entra dalle finestre a seconda se sono
coprenti o trasparenti. Inoltre in base allo stile e ai colori dell’ambiente possiamo optare per colori a loro volta neutri o sgargianti oppure con una fantasia o tinta unita. Esistono tende a rullo, a pacchetto o a scorrimento; ogni stanza può avere il suo stile o uniformarsi al resto della casa scegliendo tende uguali dappertutto.
Anche in questo caso la fantasia non ha limiti, ma la scelta va comunque coordinata con l’ambiente esistente (pavimenti, pareti e mobili).
2. Cambiare i cuscini. Anche quest’operazione semplice e divertente è risolvibile nel giro di poco tempo. Scelto lo stile (classico, etnico o romantico…) si possono abbinare ai tendaggi oppure concentrarsi sui colori, sulle fantasie, e giocare con i formati, e se vi sentite audaci potrete addirittura azzardare fino a cambiare le fodere al divano!
3. Cambiare i lampadari. Anche questa operazione richiede poco tempo, ma risulta di grande effetto. Si potrà scegliere tra un ampia gamma di apparecchi: dall’installazione di una lampada di design o magari costruirne da soli una riciclando altri oggetti, se amate il bricolage i pezzi sono facilmente reperibili, è solo una questione di avere le idee chiare su che tipo di atmosfera volete creare. Quando si sceglie un lampadari o una piantana, in generale per qualsiasi fonte luminosa bisogna fare attenzione a dosare bene la quantità e la qualità di luce per non rischiare l’effetto sala operatoria e nemmeno quello di una buia cantina!
4. Rinnovare le pareti. Dipingere o scegliere una carta da parati? Il più classico degli interventi e quello che può risultare più impattante è cambiare il colore alle pareti. Dà subito allo spazio una sensazione di nuovo e fresco. Potrete cominciare da un solo ambiente, senza impazzire a cambiare tutto in una volta. Addirittura potreste cambiare il colore su una sola parete o applicarci sopra una splendida e colorata carta da parati. Valutate con attenzione la tinta, magari campionate il colore vicino agli altri tessuti d’arredo, per essere sicuri che le due tonalità non contrastino troppo. Il risultato sarà immediato e vi darà nuova energia per rinnovare tutto l’ambiente o per tentare, nel weekend successivo, lo stesso esperimento nella stanza affianco!
5. Cerare il parquet e cambiare lo zoccolino. Questo è un problema che chi ha in casa vecchi parquet potrebbe avere, dopo tanti anni necessita di una cerata o di essere amato, in questo caso vi consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi ad un professionista. Non c’è niente di peggio che rischiare con il fai da te di rovinare definitivamente la vostra pavimentazione. Attenzione però questo è un lavoro che provoca polvere, quindi programmatelo bene ed impacchettate gli arredi prima di fuggire nella vostra Spa preferita!
Anche lo zoccolino fa la differenza. Potrete quindi scegliere di sostituirlo con un elemento nuovo, magari aggiungendo della rubinetteria e dei soffioni di moderna concezione e design.
