La storia che vi racconterò oggi è quella di una casa d’estate accogliente e bella che si trova nel cuore di Monaco, un antico palazzo pieno di storia, dove i proprietari si recano ogni anno nella stagione calda.
Melanie e Narciss apprezzano davvero i classici esemplari, l’incarnazione del gusto e dell’eleganza. Di conseguenza, lo studio di architettura Space Filling che ne ha curato gli interni, ha voluto attribuire grande importanza agli elementi classici dell’arredamento fondendoli al meglio con quelli esistenti, combinando lo stile “eterno” con il moderno.
Un mix di stili che si è rivelato proprio ciò di cui la proprietà aveva bisogno! Si tratta di un appartamento con grandi finestre panoramiche e vista mozzafiato della città. Le grandi finestre permettono di far entrare un sacco di luce nello spazio e le camere, con soffitti così alti, sembrano ancora più spaziose e ariose. L’idea di leggerezza, libertà e armonia illimitata è diventata la base del progetto. Una casa piena di aria e di calore. Non ci sono colori brillanti, solo tonalità calde, discrete e nobili: bianco, beige, marrone e grigio.
Nel soggiorno c’è tutto necessario per una serata sincera in famiglia. Poltrone moderne morbide e comodo divano, un rack in legno modulare e un tavolino di caffè chiaro sono perfettamente abbinati a stucchi e pannelli, elegante lampada da terra classica per lettura serale e lampadario alla moda di lusso. Il punto culminante del soggiorno e delle sale per bambini è il portale del camino esistente, che dà alla stanza un’atmosfera unica.
La stanza dei bambini è un mondo speciale che dovrebbe essere bello e accogliente, tranquillo e sicuro. Progettando la stanza per la figlia, si è posta rilevanza sulle attività che andrà a svolgere: ballare, prendere lezioni, passare il tempo con le amiche, perciò si è cercato di creare un’atmosfera di tenerezza e purezza, in cui la ragazza di oggi crescerà diventando la donna futura. La camera è stata dipinta delicatamente di rosa, mobili dalla finitura mozzafiato, tulle chiari, giocattoli, libri e armadio spazioso – un vero paradiso per una piccola principessa.
La stanza del figlio maschio, invece, è fatta in toni più gravi di grigio e blu, che indicano immediatamente che è una camera da letto maschile . In entrambe le stanze troviamo posti letto matrimoniali.
Direi che l’estate dei proprietari nella nuova casa sarà molto più piacevole e confortevole! Buone vacanze!

As a result, Space Filling’s architectural studio that has cared for the interior has wanted to attach great importance to the classical furnishing elements by merging them to the best with existing ones, combining the “eternal” style with the modern.
A mix of styles that turned out to be exactly what the property needed! It is an apartment with large panoramic windows and breathtaking views of the city. The large windows allow to bring a lot of light into space and the rooms, with such high ceilings, seem even more spacious and airy. The idea of lightness, freedom and unlimited harmony has become the foundation of the project. A house full of air and heat. There are no bright colors, only warm, discreet and noble shades: white, beige, brown and gray.
In the living room there is everything needed for a sincere evening in the family. Modern soft sofas and comfortable couches, a modular wooden rack and a light coffee table are perfectly matched to stuccoes and panels, an elegant classic nightstand for evening reading and a stylish chandelier. The highlight of the living room and children’s rooms is the portal of the existing fireplace, which gives the room a unique atmosphere.
The children’s room is a special world that should be beautiful and welcoming, quiet and safe. By designing the room for her daughter, she became aware of the activities she would have to do: dancing, taking lessons, spending time with her friends, so she tried to create an atmosphere of tenderness and purity in which the girl of today Will grow as the future woman becomes. The room was gently painted pink, with breathtaking furniture, light tulle, toys, books and spacious closet – a real paradise for a little princess.
The male son’s room, however, is made in more serious gray and blue tones, which immediately indicate that it is a male bedroom. In both rooms there are double beds.
